U.P.I.A. Gettysburg Event 2005
A bridge where local legend has it that a woman and child were killed there in a car wreck, and if you stop your car on the bridge and get out of it and say "I want your baby" you will hear a woman scream, and a baby crying. Also the car is not supposed to start. Like I said...URBAN LEGEND
Local, very old cemetery that has been recently restored. The graves had been covered by shrubs and trees, & the stones were broken off. You can see that some of the stones are still buried in the ground, too brittle to restore as they would just crumble away. We felt a lot of activity in this cemetery. One UPIA member fell ill just being inside the gates of the cemetery. She went to her car, and returned later, just to feel the same way.
We went in the evening after the park closed. These were taken earlier that day by Rick and I, while checking it out for the evening investigation.
We're not real sure what we see in this pic. It was taken right before we decided to leave. Some of the group said they had seen dark shadows moving about the edges of the cemetery, by the fence, so we thought it best to leave.. Rick took this picture down the lane that goes along side the cemetery, and runs toward the back. There is an odd light colored streak of some type. I have enhanced it it the secong photo. What do you think?
And this is the most confusing and strange picture of the night. It was taken by Rick at Sach's Bridge.
I was walking in the field by the bridge and Pam from UPIA was back by Rick, he was having trouble with the camera at the time, battery power jumping up and down, not taking a picture when he pressed the button... finally he snapped one, and this is what he got.. (note the date is incorrect, that option was not even turned on at the time) Any ideas on what it is?
